The breakfast each morning was a highlight, featuring a delightful array of homemade items, including fresh jams and delicious crepes that set a lovely tone for the day.

Charming ambiance with beautiful garden views.
I was disappointed by the lack of adequate cookware in the shared kitchen, which made it difficult to prepare simple meals. Additionally, the absence of screens on the windows allowed bugs to disturb us during our stay. Lastly, the service felt indifferent at times, diminishing the warm atmosphere we were hoping for.

Lovely stay with charming vibes
Had an awesome 2 nights here! The couple running the place were so sweet. The rooms were super comfy and stylish. Loved the outdoor dining spot. breakfast was fresh and lovely. Only wished for more comfy chairs in the shared kitchen area. It's a nice quiet spot, a short bike ride from town.

Two nights spent at Maison Chemin were fantastic. The decor of our Double Room, Disability Access was gorgeous, combining modern comfort with classic French charm. Ombeline prepared remarkable breakfasts featuring homemade jams and fresh ingredients from her garden. Enjoyed sipping wine from local wineries in the peaceful courtyard. The hosts, Ombeline and Cedric, showed genuine warmth and attention to detail, taking the time to engage with us about the property and local history. The tranquil atmosphere and comfy linen bedsheets contributed to a relaxing stay. However, a downside was the lack of window screens, which let in a few bugs at night. The shared kitchen could also benefit from more cookware. Still, this place is a beautiful home base for exploring Amboise.
